How to order?

Orders can be placed through the e-shop, by e-mail at info@cenovky.cz or by phone.

However, points for the bonus program are only loaded when ordering through the e-shop.

When to expect the ordered goods?

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery. We have most products in stock and ship immediately after receiving your order.

Expect products that are not in stock within a week.

Who will deliver the goods? 

In addition to our own transport, we use shipping companies GLS, DPD, PPL and Toptrans, or you can pick up the goods in person at our premises at Zámecká 231, 58221, Pohled.

Can I order goods to another state

We deliver goods to all countries of the European Union as standard.

How to pay?

You can pay online when you buy on the e-shop, by cash on delivery (credit card or cash),

on personal collection (you cannot pay by card on personal collection),

or on invoice with due date (standard for companies, government institutions or by agreement)

We invoice abroad without VAT or in EUR as standard (without VAT only for VAT payers)
